South Korea launches white kimchi juice
The kimchi drink is the brainchild of Park Yun-kyung (CEO of SHm, Seoul, South Korea). She chose white kimchi to reduce spiciness and smell.
«I have to go on overseas business trips a lot. I really like Korean food, and I missed it when I went to Europe or the Americas. I used to bring red pepper paste packaged in tubes, but sometimes I would really crave for cold kimchi, but it was hard to get, and its smell was also an issue. So, I started to think of ways I could eat kimchi more conveniently, -she told.
